Dr. Kim is so great! I got a chemical peel off Groupon and decided to get botox in my masseters and lip fillers there too cause I always wanted to try it and my godddddd! I feel even more beautiful than I already was before going in. First time meeting him and he made me feel so comfortable, we were chatting like we’ve known each other before and that’s rare for me and medical personnel because they’re usually so uptight or they make me feel like they’re rushing me out the door. My lips are soooo nice! My friends loved the results from my lip fillers and they’re willing to travel from NYC to Stamford just to get lip fillers done by him too! Mind you college students do NOT want to spend money on a $30 train ticket let alone lip fillers but when it’s great results they’ll do anything (; my skin is currently peeling but so far I can tell I’m going to see good results and I’m waiting a few more days to see results from the botox injections but I already trust in his work cause these lips are soooo sexy. I’m sticking with Dr. Kim for all my facial beauty needs not only cause I look even better, but because he’s so down to earth and I felt soooo comfortable just talking to him. According to local historian Rosemary Hickey Burns, the area was first purchased by Europeans in 1640, in a deal which encompassed all of present-day Stamford, as well as some surrounding areas. The area of present-day Springdale was settled in 1641.

Following boundary disputes, local European settlers and Native Americans revised their land treaty in 1655, but without exact details and descriptors. On January 7, 1667, the Europeans and Native Americans signed another treaty, which this time included distinct place names. The treaty specifically ceded “Hequetch”, a Anglicized version of a Native American name for the area of present-day Springdale, to the European settlers.

Following the codification of the area’s land rights, Europeans settled the area en masse during the first few years of the 18th century. Hequetch was a largely agrarian area, with many orchards and cider mills. Major crops in the area include wheat, oats, and corn; oak and walnut timber were the area’s main lumber products.
