It is also important to follow a healthy lifestyle before surgical procedure so that you don’t put on any additional weight after liposuction and erase the effects of your procedure.

Don’t smoke

Ensure that a recovery area is prepared

When you return home, prepare a “recovery area” as well. You can choose a comfortable location, such as your couch, your recliner, or your bed. It will save you time by keeping things close at hand so you don’t have to keep getting up and down. Among the items you may want to place near your recovery area are:

  • Materials for reading
